SBA Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) Second Draw Loans

A borrower is generally eligible for a Second Draw PPP Loan if the borrower:

  • Previously received a First Draw PPP Loan and will or has used the full amount only for authorized uses
  • Has no more than 300 employees; and
  • Can demonstrate at least a 25% reduction in gross receipts between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020
  • The program will make new loans through March 31, 2021 or until the new funding is exhausted.

 
Documentation Checklist:

The following information will be required to process the Second Draw Paycheck Protection Program loan request:
  • Second Draw Paycheck Protection Program Loan Amount Calculator (will download as an Excel® file)
  • Second Draw Paycheck Protection Program Application Form (will download as a PDF® file)
  • All supporting documents used to complete the Paycheck Protection Program Loan Amount Calculator:
    • If we cannot verify your data, we cannot submit your application to the SBA. It is imperative that you:
      • Provide each of the source documents you used to complete the Loan Amount Calculator.
      • Circle or highlight the information you used on those source documents.
  • Documentation showing 25% revenue reduction between comparable quarters.


We can only accept application packages that are complete and include all the documentation listed above.
